Welcome to Crail Gallery
This artist-run family gallery and studio specialises in linocut and silkscreen prints, showing the work of David Sim, Susie Lacome and our daughter Rachel Sim. We show a changing selection of our limited edition prints and pictures in the gallery and here online.
The gallery is based in Crail – one of six beautiful fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife, situated on the East coast of Scotland on the Firth of Forth. The character & charm of the local villages with their harbours and boats combined with the distinctive architecture of the East Neuk of Fife inspire our work here beside the sea. The coastal footpaths, gardens and seabirds along the shore are things we enjoy and influence our imagery.
We have a print studio/workshop in the gallery where you can watch the hand-made, limited edition prints being made using our Victorian printing presses. Our prints and pictures are available both framed and unframed.
Find Crail Gallery in the heart of the Royal Burgh, on the High Street. Crail is easy to find, a twenty minute drive from St. Andrews along the coastal trail.
